2. No engagement by inquiry
Sending an inquiry, email, or scheduling request does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve capacity, or authorize work. An engagement begins only when the parties approve the applicable written scope and terms.
3. Pricing and scope
Published prices apply only to the stated starting scope. Custom work is quoted after discovery. Hardware, software licenses, third-party services, taxes, expanded requirements, and travel outside the routine local area may be separate. A written proposal or agreement controls if it differs from website content.
4. Service area and travel
Services may be delivered remotely wherever the engagement can be performed effectively. On-site service is available throughout Northeast Florida, including Jacksonville and surrounding communities. Routine local travel is generally included unless specified otherwise.
For travel outside Northeast Florida, transportation, travel time, lodging, and related charges may apply. Any such charges will be quoted and approved before travel is scheduled.
5. Response expectations
Human follow-up for new inquiries and non-urgent requests is typically provided within two business days. Requests received outside business days are treated as received on the next business day. Active support agreements may define different response terms.
6. Responsible use
Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the website or its supporting systems. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, credentials, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal or confidential information.

The website or an engagement may refer to third-party products, providers, platforms, or links. Third parties operate under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls. A reference does not guarantee their performance or continued availability.
